Last Day of Kindergarten

Kaelynn's last day of kindergarten was yesterday. I can't believe that she is getting that old. She has grown a lot in this past year. She even had to change schools in the middle of the year, which she adjusted to really well. She is now looking forward to this summer break and being in first grade. I couldn't believe that I was old enough to have a kid in kindergarten, and now I am about to have a kid in first grade. WOW!

Yesterday was the first sunday that Chloe and I went to church. I was a little worried about getting ready in time, but we made it with time to spare. Hailey was feeling good but had been coughing all morning, so we gave her some cough medicine and hoped that would take care of it. In sacrament meeting she could not stop coughing the entire time, so we left early to come home. Nate dropped Hailey, Chloe and me off and went back to church. Chloe did great though, and slept the whole time.

Dance Festival

On Friday Kaelynn had a dance festival at school. All of the kindergartners danced to the song "Trashin' the Camp" from the movie Tarzan. Kaelynn did a very good job and had fun doing it. Nate was able to take time off work to come and watch it. It also happened to be Nate's birthday, and Kaelynn was excited that her dance festival was on his birthday. This was also the first outing that we took Chloe on. She did a great job and slept the entire time. I have been trying to put the video of it on my blog, but it has not been working. If I figure it out I will post it. I think it is too big, so I am working on cutting it down.

Chloe Elizabeth

We have a new addition to our family. On May 6th at 12:15pm we welcomed Chloe Elizabeth into our family. She weighed 6 lbs 13 oz and is 18 inches long. She was born with a lot of dark hair. Kaelynn and Hailey are very excited to have a new little sister and they can not stop giving her kisses.
